olegs species and habitat description

WALT describe different habitats in NEW ZEALAND and species that live in them
Success Criteria:
  1. Write an introduction
  2. Write a paragraph describing each creature and the habitat
  3. Write a conclusion
  4. Add detail about the habitat eg
    1. Plants, landscape, temperature, weather, animals living there
  5. Add detail about the creatures eg
    1. Appearance
    2. Size
    3. Species they belong to
    4. Diet

  6. Use detail and descriptive words
                           I have created a New Zealand beach habitat and included 3 creatures  that live there, one endemic, one native and one introduced.

The beach habitat lots of different treasures on the sandy beaches you can find animals and lots the of plants. Animals like crabs starfish seagull and turtle and lots of little bugs. The plants are seaweed and broken coral that has been washed up on the beach.

The endemic animals are a crab and the seagull the native animal is the is the turtle. The crab eats shrimp. The seagull eats fish and  earthworms and seeds. Turtles eat plants and fish but very small fish.

The turtle has a big green shell he hides there when the predator attacks the turtle it hides in its shell. It eats mostly plants.
The seagull is an endemic animal it’s has a small body and a round head it eats earthworms and seeds.
The crab eats shrimp and small fish  it has a shell but it does not have a spine
It hides when a seagull tries to eat it .

Conclusion
The crab, turtle and seagull all live in the New Zealand beach habitat.
